Our Mission
Idaho CDL Training LLC the only locally owned family CDL training facility in the Treasure Valley dedicated to helping future truck drivers obtain their CDL. Our mission is to prepare you for your CDL skills test through expert behind the wheel driver training. We also offer CDL skills testing on site. Our certified driver training instructors are here to help you succeed in any way we can. We even work with several local companies and large OTR trucking companies to help our drivers find job placement opportunities.
Harry Packwood has over 9 years as an Idaho Law Enforcement Officer and holds his intermediate certificate issued by the Idaho Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST).
Harry also holds an Associates of Applied Science degree from the College of Southern Idaho in Law Enforcement and is a POST certified DUI instructor.
Harry still volunteers at local police department as a reserve officer. Harry is an experienced CDL driver with over 20 years of CDL driving experience with a flawless safety record throughout his truck driving and law enforcement career.
Harry Started out working on a family farm hauling potatoes in Idaho before spending several years working for local delivery companies in the Boise area. He later spent time in the oil fields of Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Montana and North Dakota and eventually spent time in Alaska working on the North Slope by the Arctic Ocean driving heavy trucks.
